Companies may terminate employee’s employment

The Court empowers the employer to terminate the employment of a worker with reinforced labor stability when the former demonstrates that it made a series of reasonable adjustments to ensure the full participation of persons with disabilities at work and did not obtain unfavorable results. If the worker is considered a disproportionate or unreasonable burden, the respective notice must be given to the worker.
