More than 10 years of experience in handling litigation and counseling related to competition law, consumer protection, regulated sectors (Telecommunications, Health, Tobacco, among others), personal data and plant varieties.
He has advised clients from different areas on the effects of their operations in competition matters, as well as in matters related to the control of mergers in Colombia. He has participated in some of the most relevant actions of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce in antitrust matters, such as the cases of EPS’s (Acemi), Claro- Dominion Position, Military Forces Rations (BMC), School Texts, and Ecopetrol ( Petroleum Material of Meta), School Snacks (BMC), among others. He has participated in the defense of companies in emblematic cases regarding consumer protection and personal data in Fintech, telecommunications, electronic platforms, Ride Apps, retail and technology sectors.
