In his more than 10 years of professional experience he has advised individuals and legal entities (national and foreign) in multiple judicial proceedings before the ordinary and contentious-administrative jurisdictions, as well as in arbitration tribunals and superintendencies. He has led the implementation of procedural strategies in a vast number of civil, commercial and administrative litigations, specifically in matters related to contractual and non-contractual civil liability, corporate conflicts, executive proceedings, as well as in insolvency proceedings, tutela actions, class actions, among others.
He has worked in the financial sector, in local firms and at the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce.
