As a partner of the firm, he leads the commercial advice to national and foreign companies in the hydrocarbons, agribusiness, hospitality, construction, medical cannabis, transportation, logistics operation, and metallurgy sectors, among others. As a lawyer, he has dedicated his profession to legal advice on corporate matters, corporate governance, estate planning, and those concerning project structuring, contract negotiation, collaboration agreements and fiduciary schemes. As internal and external legal advisor, he has supported companies in the hydrocarbons sector and the extractive industry in general in matters concerning hydrocarbons exploration and production contracts, joint operation agreements, contracting of goods and services, environmental law, among others.
