Expertise

She is an expert in strategic labor consulting, collective and individual bargaining of workers, compensation schemes, labor reorganizations, due diligence processes, as well as any determinant aspect of labor relations. In addition to legal consulting, the emphasis on strategic prevention is combined with relevant aspects of talent management to strategically harmonize the legal aspects with the operational aspects of our clients. She combines her professional practice with lecturing in graduate and undergraduate courses at the Universidad de los Andes and Universidad Sergio Arboleda, in Bogotá.
